Renova Mallorca
Built on experience, not improvisation.
José Navarro and Emanuel Asaftei have spent years working in construction and renovation in Mallorca. They know how projects are often approached on the island: the gap that can arise between the original plan and what is ultimately built, the importance of an orderly site, and the impact of every decision on the final result.
In January 2026 they founded Renova Mallorca with a shared vision of how a building project should be managed from start to finish. Rather than starting from scratch, they turned their established way of working into a company.
Our understanding of this craft starts with a simple idea: a good building project begins long before construction. It takes shape in the initial approach, the decisions made and the way each project is guided through to handover.

Responsible for Renova Mallorca's overall vision.
From the first client contact, he leads each project: organising teams, setting timelines, maintaining communication throughout the work and managing everything around the execution. He also shapes the company's image and how it presents itself and interacts with clients: branding, communication and business development.
His role is to keep everyone moving in the same direction, with order, consistency and a clear vision from start to finish.
Emanuel Asaftei
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT · SITE WORK · QUALITY AND FINISHES
Responsible for the technical and construction decisions in each project.
He assesses each space, develops solutions, resolves complex construction details and coordinates the teams on site. He brings every task up to the standard of quality that defines Renova Mallorca.
He turns planning into precise workmanship. Craft, judgement and attention to detail that are evident in the final result.
Vision, coordination and client service on one side. Craft, technical expertise and detail on the other.
Two ways of adding value that share one objective: every project bearing the Renova Mallorca name should represent our approach to this craft.
This philosophy also gave rise to the Renova Process, our method for structuring each project from the first visit to final handover.

Masonry, painting, installations, waterproofing, refurbishment, plasterboard work and finishes form a coordinated structure. Every trade is part of the same process and follows a common plan.

Renova Mallorca's management supervises every stage, coordinates the different trades and maintains an overall view to anticipate issues, resolve them quickly and ensure the final result matches the original brief.
